There is not enough liquid in the pitcher to start steaming top quality microfoam. The message below appears on the touch display.

Take the pitcher off and add more liquid. Place the filled pitcher back on the pitcher holder. The device restarts steaming automatically. 

IMPORTANT

Do not add liquid to the pitcher while the pitcher is on the pitcher holder but always take it off first to add liquid. Adding liquid while the pitcher is still on the pitcher holder can result in bad quality foam.
