He or she will connect Perfect Moose Greg correctly to your espressomachine, knows exactly how to connect Perfect Moose Jack to the water mains etc.
Parts of the device can reach a temperature of ca. 130°C (266 °F). The steam/hot water boiler of Perfect Moose Jack contains water and pressurized steam at 127 °C.
