PROCEDURE
- Remove the HEAT-faston (ref 12216) from bottom of the boiler, to make sure the heating element of the boiler is disconnected.

- Switch on the Perfect Moose Jack.
- Overrule the heating phase by pressing slightly on the pitcher holder. Perform the 'Big boiler flush'

- Access the service menu. Go into 'Manual testing'.

- Press on the 'Drain'-button.
OR
Release the pressure from the boiler by pressing on valve 4 'Flush', the heating element won't heat up the water as we have removed the HEAT-faston from the boiler.

- Wait until the pressure is released from the boiler and then switch off the Perfect Moose Jack.
- Remove the 6mm hose from the anti-vacuum & overpressure valve.
- Disconnect the connectors from cable boiler 230V, cable boiler 24V & temperature probe cable out of the structure support.

- Unscrew the 2 screws from the base plate with an allen key #5 and 1 screw from the structure support and boiler support with a Torx T25 screwdriver. Now it is possible to remove the boiler unit from the Perfect Moose Jack.

- Remove the steam valve and anti-vacuum + overpressure valve from the top of the boiler. Pour out the remaining water from the boiler via the 6mm pushfit fitting where the steam valve was connected.

- Unscrew the 2 screws from boiler support on the side of the boiler with an allen key #5.
- Remove the 6mm hose from the boiler. Remove drain valve from the boiler and T-piece with 6mm pushfit and 8mm stem.

- Reuse the 6mm pushfit fitting with 1/4" thread and the 8mm push elbow fitting with 1/4" thread. Screw both the fittings on the new drain valve with a max force of 3.5Nm and place back on the boiler.
- Reconnect the 6mm hose on the boiler. Reconnect the drain valve on the boiler and T-piece with 6mm pushfit and 8mm stem.
- Screw the 2 screws in the boiler support on the side of the boiler with an allen key #5.

- Place the boiler unit back on the Perfect Moose Jack. Screw the 2 screws on the base plate with an allen key #5 and 1 screw on the structure support and boiler support with a Torx T25 screwdriver.
Be careful to not squash the cables between the boiler support and structure support.

- Reconnect the 6mm hose to the boiler. Reconnect the drain valve to the boiler and T-piece with 6mm pushfit and 8mm stem.
- Plug in the HEAT-faston (ref 12216) to the bottom of the boiler. Plug in the connectors from cable boiler 230V, cable boiler 24V & temperature probe cable in the structure support.
- Reconnect the internal steam hose and the steam valve to the boiler. Reconnect the anti-vacuum & overpressure valve to the 6mm hose and the 8mm stem fitting on the top of the boiler.
